Description

This is a 4-week block of 2 hour classes, giving a total of 8 hours hands on learning with our chefs or chocolatier. The full course costs €350.
Classes run on a Thursday afternoon from 5pm to 7pm at our production unit and school in Coolnanave Ind Est

12th of November Christmas Desserts
19th of November Christmas Chocolate
26th Christmas Cake Decorating.
