We produce our artisan bar collection using single origin chocolate. There are three bars in the collection;
Hazelnut: Made with a creamy milk chocolate from Papua New Guinea that has notes of hazelnut and caramel, combined with crunchy caramelised hazelnut pieces
Tropical: Made with a rich 66% dark chocolate from Mexico that has spicy and woody notes with a hint of liquorice, combined with freeze dried mango and passionfruit pieces
Berry: Made with a soft and subtly sweet white chocolate and combined with freeze fried raspberry pieces
