Our Christmas pudding is luxuriously rich, packed with sultanas, raisins, glace cherries, citrus peel, dates and apple that have been soaked in Irish whiskey and 8 Degrees Stout, rum, brandy and port. All our puddings are matured for 28 days. Our Christmas puddings come fully cooked in a reusable plastic basin which is presented in an organic cotton bag which is also reusable.
